This is Cadence Conditioning’s prerequisite running mechanics course for improving running technique and performance. You will Learn and adapt CC’s mid-foot running technique’s with the latest running strengthening exercises and running drills to build easier faster more efficient running in just 4 weeks. By changing how you look at running and adapting your strength, co-ordination and awareness you will see vast performance gains and massively reduce injury risk.
